All of my cakes are covered with home made fondant, and it is not your typical fondant. It is yummy and the finished product is beautiful. Don't be fooled into thinking you have to go without frosting when you have a fondant covered cake....you will get the pleasure of both! My fondant is available for taste testing, just ask.
