I have worked for Parsons' Bakery, located in Bountiful, for about 9 years.  I started out as a counter helper but worked my way into cake decorating.  I now decorate wedding cakes for the Wight House Reception Center also located in Bountiful.  All of my baking and decorating is done at their facility.  I have taken the Wilton cake classes as well as small classes held at Bakers Cash and Carry.  My two favorite and most exciting classes have been taught by Carrie Biggers.

Mike and I have been married for almost 4 years and we are so happy to have our little Ethan.  We are also excited to be expecting another boy.
